Quality Approach and System Development

We approach quality from the user's perspective. Operating conditions, assembly details and maintenance needs all matter in how we think about product quality.

In 2019, Pioneer received a GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate from the China Quality Certification Centre, covering three-wheeled motorcycles and two-wheeled motorcycles for export.

Testing equipment includes complete-vehicle test lines, headlight intensity testers, emission testers and sound level meters, meeting the mandatory inspection requirements for production.

Product Development & Continuous Improvement

Product development and the improvement of existing products are long-term priorities. An R&D operation in Jinan, supported by a technical center, has produced proprietary products and patents.

From Theory to Assembly Practice
In 2015, Pioneer combined theory, process instruction and practical work in assembly training and skills competitions. Employees examined how component fit and tightening torque affect assembly quality, connecting daily tasks with the reasons behind process requirements. Connecting practical tasks with an understanding of manufacturing processes reflects our attention to detail.
Customer Feedback & Technical Dialogue

Customer Feedback & Technical Dialogue

Our export experience includes Europe and the Americas. In 2015, customers from the United States and Belgium visited Pioneer to discuss cooperation. Sales and technical staff took part, with the technical team preparing sample vehicles for review and discussing improvements. Sales staff pass customers' suggestions to the technical team, which coordinates product improvements — linking customer communication with product development.
